We are always thinking that all our works and activities and those persons who are cooperating with us like independent sales representatives to be in accordance with human and legal principles. We want these principles to be preserved in order to offer best services to our customers and independent sales representatives. Anyone who participates in this trade waits that to be presented with good services and to make activity in a healthy and proper condition. Therefore, we are also waiting all to participate in creating healthy and proper conditions through responsible behaviors. Before being active in the Sales Department as independent sales representatives, the company makes reading of these legal & work principles a condition for verifying the purchase, thus, membership in the company or buying the company's products mean that person have read these bylaws and conditions of the company and have accepted them and showed his or her abidance to safeguard them and implement them. This right is reserved for the company, if someone to act contrary to these legal and ethical principles, the company to have stances according to necessity, general interests, the company's interests.

  • Independent Sales Representatives should:

  1. 1. Present true and authentic information about products and the company's job opportunities to other persons, and provide a chance to customers to decide with true and authentic information about buying the company's products or the company's job opportunities.
  2. 2. Buying a product is totally optional, and no Independent Sales Representatives should oblige a person to purchase or makes make pressure or anything else that leads to somebody to be obliged to purchase a product without his or her will.
  3. 3. Activity in sales department and network marketing are totally favourable and with freedom, and nobody should be put under pressure to participate and make activities in this department contrary to his or her will.
  4. 4. Independent Sales Representatives should avoid any anything which directly or indirectly makes some persons, who are purchasing products or being introduced into work opportunity, angry or harmed. Independent Sales Representatives should respect time, security, and the right of decision of the other side and they should always behave respectfully with other people.
  5. 5. When a person decides to buy a product, the customer should be free and decide with his or her will on the product, its type, and its quantity.
  6. 6. Independent Sales Representatives, having protected the company's bylaws and principles, can freely and with their own determination make activities, and whenever they want they can hold their activities in the sales department totally or partially.
  7. 7. Active Independent Sales Representatives should not be below 18 years of age.
  8. 8. When promoting products and the company's job opportunities, they should present true and authentic information as per standards, specifications, capability, and quality.
  9. 9. Independent Sales Representatives must not receive extra money from those persons who are making activity in the network marketing, other than the price which the company has fixed as per products and services.
  10. 10. In the website package, Independent Sales Representatives can receive extra money for designing, creating websites, and training, other than the price which the company has fixed, from website users. This money is subject to agreement between Independent Sales Representatives and the customers and they bear all responsibilities and the company does not take any responsibility.
  11. 11. Independent Sales Representatives should offer all information which they get from the company or other Independent Sales Representatives to members in their own groups.
  12. Active Independent Sales Representatives identify their own time and place of work freely; they should not be put under pressure, and their freedom as well as security should be safeguarded.

  16. 15. In activities and behaviors which are related to the company, its products, and work opportunities, truth should be a basis that to be taken into consideration.
  17. 16. Independent Sales Representative ought to try to create good relations with members in his or her own group or other Independent Sales Representatives. 
  18. 17. Independent Sales Representatives must speak and behave in a way that to get more prestige and fame for themselves and the company.
  19. 18. Independent Sales Representatives should safeguard and highly appreciate the company's legal and work principles.
  20. 19. Independent Sales Representative must try to introduce the company's legal and work principles to members in his or her own group, and urge all to read them and implement them.
  21. 20. Independent Sales Representative should try, as much he or she is capable of, to support and train other participant Independent Sales Representatives.

Buying products:

Customers or Independent Sales Representatives should receive information about the company's products before purchasing anything in terms of quality and specifications, otherwise the company is not responsible in anyway.

Those persons who buy website packages from the company, they themselves take responsibility of the topic's content and information on their websites. They should not use their websites to urge violence, extremism, and human trafficking.

Regarding misusing products, customers and Customers or Independent Sales Representatives themselves are responsible.

Until seven days from purchase date, customers can regret from their buy and %90 of their money will be returned to them, and 10 percent of the money will be returned to the company as expenditure.



As the company's administrative staff and company's employees, we try to offer services to our customers and Independent Sales Representatives in modern and scientific styles and as much are needed, and we always try to have sincere and fair contacts with all members.

We try to inform Independent Sales Representatives on the latest developments and decisions by the company. We always try to be compatible with the developments, and changes.  We try to be pioneers, and positively and openly listen to your criticisms and suggestions. We try to eliminate weak points. With believe in team-work and group-work, we try to create a stronger group in which always to offer better services.

The opportunity which our company provided is not necessarily means anyone who are working in this sector to be successful get incomes.

In fact, Independent Sales Representatives themselves according to their own abilities, experience, and work style can succeed as Independent Sales Representatives in this network marketing. The company will make follow ups as soon as possible, and pay attention to Complaints from its members and devote time for follow ups. 


Copy Rights:

Using the company's logo, name, all information, publications, website and etc. for any purpose according to the copy right low are only allowed by formal permission by the company, otherwise the company have the right to have necessary stances.
